Refund policy
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix the issue quickly.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The best way is to return the original product (once approved), then place a new order separately for the item you want.
Outside the EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is being shipped to a country outside the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.
Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
