Placeholder — not legal text yet. Replace this page with your own terms before taking real orders, then bump TERMS_VERSION in lib/consent.ts. Every acceptance is already recorded with the version string, the time, and a salted hash of the IP, so the audit trail works as soon as the words are real.

The points these terms are expected to cover:

Upload rights. That the person uploading a photo either took it or has permission to share it, and grants MagnetStories a licence to display it in the event gallery and print it onto magnets ordered from that gallery.
Photos of minors. Who may appear, and how a parent, guardian or the school can have a photo removed.
Removal. That any photo can be reported and is hidden immediately, and how to request permanent deletion.
Face grouping. That it is on unless the event turns it off, that a guest's face data is only used if they tick the consent box when uploading, that matching runs in the browser, and that no face image is stored — only a numeric descriptor.
Orders, refunds and pickup. What happens to an order that is never collected, and the refund position on a printed, personalised item.
Gallery lifetime. How long the gallery stays open after the event and when photos are deleted.

Worth checking with counsel: biometric-privacy statutes vary by state (Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI are the strict ones), and school events involve minors. The face-grouping feature ships off by default for that reason.
